A NCR Trooper stationed at the bridge leading into Primm. Stops the player initially if they try to go that way, and that’s about it.


Can have any voice and any age; appearance will be changed to suit the voice.



  • (Explaining to player)We’ve set up mines to deter the convicts, but they keep grouping up around the bridge.

  • (Warning the player) Watch yourself, though. Brass told me not to tell the help this, but we’ve already lost a few of you already.

  • (Annoyed at convicts) I just wish they’d stop shouting.
