Not much is known about Io. She wears a mask that hides most of her emotions. She is the owner of a hidden orphanage in which a home for children who's parents were killed by the witch burners. Io appears to be quite powerful, and is Batu's older sister.
I picture Io with a gruff, tomboyish voice.
