Prill is a powerful and fierce 17 year old girl, who dearly wants to be conscripted into the witch guard.  She's loud, impatient, but very talented.  She's also trans, and won't let anyone give her any crap for it.


I picture her with a slightly deeper voice, that's very strong and overpowering.
