Shigaraki is the main villain in MHA, however, he only appears in one episode of Driving Miss Deku. His voice is like his quirk, crackly and raspy. Since he is canonically only in his early 20s, his voice wavers from low in his more evil moments to moderately pitched when he's just talking normally.
