Mikasa is emotionally withdrawn and noticeably dangerous, sometimes intimidating her enemies or even her comrades. She is quite stoic and level-headed, rarely seen to lose her cool or be at a loss of what to do, no matter how bleak the situation seems to be. Mikasa cares deeply for her friends and caretakers, seeing them as the last remnants of a family. She is especially close to Eren, whenever it comes to her sharing emotions with him she has no problem expressing herself.
For this character I have no preference whether you want to sound close to the dub or not. Since I can't find a way to describe how Mikasa will sound I will provide a clip of her dubbed voice and you can work with her character description and dub voice as a base, from there feel free to have fun with it.

[ A moment after Mikasa Decides to give up, she realizes if she dies the feelings and memories she has with Eren will die with her and decides to keep fighting]
“Once I’m dead, I won’t even be able to remember you. So I’ll win, no matter what. I’ll live, no matter what!”
[During a mission to save Eren everyone gets scattered by titans, with the end seeming near Mikasa tells Eren how she truly feels]
[On the verge of tears] "Hey...Thank you.. I've been meaning to tell you that....for fighting...for always standing by me.... Thank you...For pushing through, for showing me how to live with purpose. I'm grateful."
