Mayor McCheese is a minor antagonist in the game. What we are looking for his voice is specifically the one from the 70s commercials from McDonald's or McDonaldland with a American accent. Not the current or modern versions. The mayor in this version should sound like himself but somewhat off and distorted, as if he is ready to jump at the player at any second.
