Nascour is a mysterious member of Cipher. Miror B works under him, so he is presumaby the boss of Team Cipher. Not much is known about him.

Upon meeting Wes he is confused for both Riku and Sephiroth, angering him greatly.

Preferred Voice Style: Edgy, pretty much a voice you would do for Sephiroth, calm, dark, low, not deep per se, but monotone.
