He is the boss and owner of Charge Card Enterprises. Years ago, when he was young, he was bored as he thought that there was nothing interesting in  the world. But then, after seeing Agent X for the first time as that he was fighting crime out there as he was fighting against evil along with any other hero to protect everyone around the U.S., he had thought up an idea to make a collectible card company to use for it to be based on heroes and villains. His personality is that he’s kind, but also at the same time strict and tough on employees when working on the cards. He is neutral on choosing whether to be on the side of good or evil as he likes to study more on heroes and villains to see which side is best.
