He is the main antagonist of the Kingdom of Osao series (for part of COT's Brawl Saga (P1)) as he is villainous, mischievous along with being diabolical. He likes it so much that he even chained his own family up in the dungeon and took over the castle to make sure that the musketeers will be destroyed once and for all.
