A best friend to Frank Rogers. He supports him because of Frank being talented and famous in high school for doing piano for Cabaret Night. Frank was even famous in Brooklyn Middle School and even back in some different middle schools while Frank was solving mysteries and was planning to stop the Level of Violent Extremists. Jose has been best friends with Frank ever since he came to Grand Island, Nebraska. His personality is that he’s nice, cool, outgoing and confident. He also supports him in achieving his dream of being a TV writer/animator/voice acting/songwriting and rapping.
