The Columbian Boss owns the Columbian cartel and is enemies with The Son, and the Russian Mafia. The Boss took over most of the Russian Mafias old territories after the death of Son's father, causing Son to hold a grudge with them. They both get into a drug war, ultimately ending in the death of the Columbian Boss.
If you can do a Scarface impression, you'll most likely get the role.
