If you are familiar with the character, you know normally he's a backstabbing, cowardly traitor with a screechy voice. But, in this Shattered Glass series of ours, he is a kind, gentle character, who doesn't have a problem making smartass-ish or snarky remarks in a more jokingly way.

What I want for the voice is something that is reminiscent of the classic 80's version, but doesn't ever get too screechy or too low. Use the version of the voice done by Frank Todaro in "Combiner Wars" and Netflix's "War for Cybertron Trilogy: Siege".
