Chiyo is a young girl who recently arrived at Astraea Hill, where she quickly became the "room temp" for Nagisa and Tamao, which incidentally is exactly what she wanted. Chiyo tends to be a very shy girl who is unable to articulate herself forcefully enough most of the time and is also rather a klutz. Also, she is a member of the Library Club and works as a librarian in Astraea's Library.
Chiyo's voice should be medium to high-pitched and slightly delicate.
[timid] "I'll be happy to help! ...If you'll have me, that is..."
[excited] "I don't think there's anyone in the chapel right now! We could go and look at the stained glass!"
You've given us a strong take on Chiyo, but definitely one that could use some polish. I would like to see more control with the way you emote, you're already balancing well, I think a little improvement could push you over the edge and make this even more remarkable than it already is.
