The owner of the local diner in Primm, and effectively the second in command when it comes to Primm’s leadership; mainly due to his control and maintenance of the town’s crop fields. Has become the de-facto leader of the townsfolk who fled when the convicts took over the place.
Is undeniably sour over the state of affairs and is desperate to see an end to the conflict, but isn’t ready to let the NCR occupy the town and entrench themselves as the new lawmen.
Noticeably unconfident in the player’s capabilities and doesn’t believe that they’d be able to restore order to Primm, but warms up if they bring in Meyers as the new sheriff.
His tone of voice is often gravely with a somewhat cynical feel.
(Initial Encounter) Urgh, great. You wouldn't be the first prospector thinking you could drop your junk off at Primm. Sorry to burst your bubble, but everything's pretty much closed until we can push those convicts out.
(Explaining to the player about the state of Primm) We're making the best out of a bad situation; most of us started out as drifters and transients huddling in the only intact town for miles. Now we're trying hard to stay afloat; making money any way we can.
(Offering the player food) For a little extra, I can scrape a little molerat cheese onto your meal. Tastes better than it sounds
