Cyrus is a Wolf-boy hybrid who broke out of Smiles Inc. labs.  He is a little frightened at this world around him but is very intelligent.  His voice is a little high pitched, but still has slight masculinity within the voice.  He kinda sounds like Sonic from The Sonic Movie.
