Agent Phillip is actually an agent from the invaders homeland, but he is working with the Heirs to help get them back on the throne. Phillip trains Keresa to be a spy and becomes friends with her. This is technically a love interest for the main character so if you aren't comfortable with romance then I wouldn't suggest this character.

Any accent will do though I prefer North American 

Any race can audition as long as you are in the human race and not a robot :)
