The student council president of Spica, Shion is a very shrewd girl and is constantly scheming something. However, despite her initial demeanor, she is moderate in personality and rather disinclined towards extreme measures and outright obstructionism. This is in contrast to her associates Kaname Kenjou and Momomi Kiyashiki.
Shion's voice should be medium to low-pitched and smooth.

[worried, pensive] "It bothers me to see Kaname so invested...she means well, but who is she really thinking of?"
[happy] "A play would be a lovely idea! Does anyone have any recommendations? My vote is Romeo and Juliet!"
You managed to find exactly the airy type of tone we were looking for with this character, and that takes talent. There are a few things to work on, chief among them being more restraint. Your confidence is good, but Shion's character is shrewd, and takes measures to ensure things go her way. Having that kind of a calculating mindset causes your actions and words to come out just the same: picked, selected, carefully chosen. That's that kind of restraint we're looking to see. I want to listen to Shion's voice and think: "that sounds like she chose every word on purpose." I would love to see you bring this kind of energy, should you choose to do retakes.
