Quintus is the leader of the Insurrection and has been for quite some time. He expects the best from his men and if they ever screw up, he rarely gets mad at them.

For his voice, he is one of those characters who sounds calm, speaking normally, but at the same time, he is very intimidating. The voice I'm looking for is something similar to the voice of Darth Maul from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
