Martin Li aka Mr Negative, he plays a rather large part in the cataclysm as a whole. Of the 3 businessmen, he's by far the most composed. He knows his worth, and isn't afraid to tell someone that he's better than them, because he is. 

Any voice will do, but if possible, something that sounds similar in mannerisms and tone of his voice in Spider-Man PS4.
