Hoopa is described as a evil guy with a childish personality. So I'd like Hoopa to have an evil childish voice that won't sound too annoying.

  • I’ve heard of that Guild before. They’re all just a bunch of losers who don’t know what they're doing most of the time.

  • I’ll see what I can do. After all, I know that the guild is close to Rivercliff Village so I can eavesdrop on them without getting caught.
