The clown voice should be kinda creepy. Not sure how else to describe it but creepy and also funny I'd say. For the violator voice I want something demonic. Can go with a deep or even quiet whisper voice for it.

I get what you mean... I was aiming for john leguizamo's version, just a little more unhinged. I never saw billy as being quite so manic but if that's the angle you are taking with him it makes sense
Yeah I get that. even though I'm not going for any role specific I would lean towards the animated one just cause I like that one more so than the movie one.
