Foxy was first spotted from his own discontinued stage by Chuck and Pete within Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Pete brought Chuck to the secret maintenance room where Foxy was being kept in an attempt to scare him but was spooked himself when Foxy began singing his pirate song.
