So the thing is, our economy is actually down the shitter and all that.  Homelessness is at an all time high and society is no longer progessing.  That's sort of what happens when everyone in the entire population wants the same exact fucking job.  

So, now we have to actually teach you shit that's useful for if you're music career doesn't pan off.  We'll be teaching you how to use your powers properly.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, crime is at an all time high right now due to the crumbling economy and the fact that by the age of four everyone has dangerous super powers they can literally kill with.  So we're gonna above all else focus on teaching you how to help us stop said crime.
