Personality:
Very cold, serious, and professional. He tends to keep a very intimidating persona around his subordinates. But he does have a soft spot and he doesn't lack empathy. He is very intrigued by the human mind and how different situations can affect it.
Voice description:
Mid to low ranged voice. Cold and sinister, slightly gravelly.
ALPHA only makes a short appearance in the pilot, so I had to improvise with the lines. My apologies.
