Wise, controlled, but not one to shy away from a joke. Muhammad Avdol is a close friend of Joseph's who joins in their journey to stop DIO and save Holly. He later shares a great friendship with Polnareff, almost becoming the best of friends.
His stand is Magician's Red.
(Serious, but with a hint of cockiness) "Mr Joestar, I may have to get a little rough. Sometimes suffering is the only way to make a fool see reason."
(Jokingly) "Care to come out now, JoJo? Was it not Aesop who said 'cold wind adds clothes but the heat that makes you scream?"
(Confident) "Mr Polnareff, I hope you don't think the flames of Magician's Red only burn upward or with the wind. I am not bound by the laws of nature. I can control fire as I wish."
