Maya Romero, an often blunt and to-the-point woman. She is not one to sugarcoat, if this is a bad plan, she will say it’s a bad plan! Maya is an aspiring gymnast and aims to make it to the Olympic level, as a result, she is very springy often never seen sitting still, and although sometimes coming across as blunt it is clear that she has good intentions behind everything she does for her friends.
Maya is of mixed race, so I would love for some representation for her within her VA!
[Maya is speaking to Ryder who just gave a heroic speech, which was a bit too imaginative.] "Yeah, and get ourselves killed. Sounds fun! What other bright ideas do you have in there Ryan?" [Maya would watch him hesitate and sputter out some random words.] "Hey don't sweat it, we have no idea what we're doing either. I say we just run straight in there and straight back out."
[Maya is looking at the Book.] "Where the lost shall be found...Damn, this is so deep. Lin, it's probably a fantasy book aimed at pre-tweens. You should just put it back dude." [She'd sigh.] "This project isn't going to get done if we keep stressing over books! Can't we just do the work with the information we have in our combined brains?"
