Owens is a high ranking member of the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel. (As high rank as you can get at least.)
He's a very old mutant that's beginning to lose his eyesight, but has a very strong mind and a stronger body. Despite his harsh appearance and scary voice, he is a very kindly mutant that thinks of others before himself.
We want something similar to the voice Michaël Dornan gives to the super mutants of previous fallout games. That's a lot to ask, I know, but try your best to give us something similar.

Line 2: Explaining his hate for Elder Hoode.
I was in the masters army long ago. Had better sight then. I was a first generation super mutant. After the master, I lost my sight. Literally and figuratively. Got shot in the eye by a brotherhood soldier while roaming the wastes. Western Brotherhood aren't as ... welcoming. Lived in Broken Hills for a time. Nice place, but things got a bit tense at times over there. I decided to find myself and headed east. I eventually got mixed up in the midwestern brotherhood conquests. Helped them find a place called Vault 0. It was a long conquest, but it's nearing a close. Hard to believe I've been around this long, but with my eyes and all. I dont know how much longer.
The man always put politics first before actual tactics. He lost a lot of battles in his day, but could still spin it as a win. Frankly, I think he resents you for helping the chapter and making Erickson look good. Hoode hates him for some reason.
This is probably the best Super Mutant voice I've ever gotten in one of my casting calls. I'm getting kind of a Scottish vibe from this, was that intentional? I kinda like it, but I'm a little divided with it. I might have to put some more thought into this. Great Audition.
I originally did a more standard super mutant voice but when I started reading lines I began to use an accent that felt natural for the diolouge, I felt like it fit so I kept it.
That's understandable. I've done that myself.
