The Observer is much alike to Dark Link only he does not speak as much. He works for Zalgo's Unit and is incredibly loyal. His personality is hard to decipher.

Observer will have a whispery but deep voice, perhaps with an echo effect which I could add. He possibly extends his 's' letters quite a lot when he speaks, much like a hissing snake.
