John Faulconer was a legend in the history of STORM's militia. Having been tasked with many missions, his range of skill and strategic advantage led to many successes on the field. Faulconer left when he was betrayed by Bryan Harper, who left him for dead after a botched mission. Faulconer went missing a few years before the events of Valiant Liberty's rising, he has been designated KIA by the STORM records. John Faulconer was also known as the lover and sidekick of Catherine Rivers, during her time as a STORM conscript. Despite his reputation, John Faulconer is more soft-spoken and seeks to reach his followers, not as a hero but more as someone relatable. He cares deeply for the oppressed people of Eden and would do anything to make sure they get the help they need.
When people look up to you, you don’t get to be selfish. You say run, they run. You say swim, they dive in. You say light a fire, they show up with oil. But whatever happens, it’s on you.
Sometimes, I wonder if anyone understands the strives these people encounter every day.
