it’s better to search up Overhaul clips to get a better idea of who he is, he’s a pretty villainous and hypocritical guy whose goal is to rid of the worlds quirks because he sees it to be quirks to be an illness rather than a gift yet he uses quirks for the very thing that would only ever make them true plagues. But he is one badass sounding and looking character.
