A small, sarcastic, fat Majin. He is very sardonic and hateful mainly because everyone sees him only as a fat little Majin and he wants to be taken more seriously. He wants to be seen as more than just a "silly little fat Majin." And the training he'll receive through the Elite Patrol Program, he hopes will be the ticket to change peoples' perception of him. I would love for his voice to be similar to that of Krusty the Clown from The Simpsons, but you are more than welcome to put your own spin to it.
"Jeez. The Time Patrol hasn't thrown a shindig this big in a long time. Better not be a waste of my time."
