A hybrid known as a “wave wolf”, able to manipulate certain entities of a specific kind. For Jerome, their ability is to manipulate matter into anything they desires. Once from the island of hybrids called the Mukinata, but has fled from young to the city for unknown reasons. Joining the Seventy-Seventh Police Precinct, a group secretly working and studying magic, they hope of achieving a purpose, a goal, a dream of helping of helping others.
