About: Kaiser is the eldest son of the King of Vigon. He is an antagonist in the series. It's not completely obvious at first what his intentions are. Kaiser believes whole heartedly that he's better than most people. His marriage to the princess in the series is ending a five year long war, that is one of the many reasons he believes he holds much power and authority over others.

Voice: His voice is low in pitch. His tone most of the time seems bored. Whenever he has any lines that require him to sound amused or angry, there's a condescending and slightly smug tone to his voice. (You are welcome to give the prince an accent, but it is not a requirement.)
