A high-strung Weasel mercenary and leader of Team Hooligan, a ragtag group of petty criminals, Bark and Bean. Gets employed by Eggman a lot, though he is mostly about his OWN pride over everything, also willing to play dirty when an opportunity for greed arises.
I don't have a voice of reference for him, I would recommend you make him sound as "sleazeball"-y as you can with an Aussie accent.
