He is a original character made by Bleedman so this character doesn't have a set voice.

I did my own take for this guy. I figured since he's hiding his identity, he would be using a voice modulator of some sort. I can upload the audition without the effects if you'd like.
I love to hear what people think a character sounds like so if you want to do another take with another version of what you'd think his voice sounds like, go ahead. The voice modulator sound pretty cool though!
