Urouge's most prominent personality trait is that he is almost always smiling. Even when defeated or when believing himself to be near death he will still have a smile on his face. Urouge seems to be respectful toward people's plights, he is very calm compared to his rivals though that doesn't mean he won't get excited to fight. Has a deep soothing voice.
