We don’t get the usual varmints like your ghouls and super mutants ‘round these parts. More like stingwings and gulpers. 

Aw, that’s a darned shame. Well if you ever wanna settle down one of these days, can’t recommend these here marshlands enough. Helluva lot safer than out there in the deserts.

‘Cause, even though we got a few nasties out this way, we hardly get people coming around these parts. And people’s the whole reason you need to keep an eye open at night.
