Matt is an engineer that's extremely cocky and a motormouth. He's always running his mouth, even at the worst of times. He doesn't like to brag, but if the opportunity arises he absolutely will. He always seems to be laughing, even in times of distress.

Matt has a British accent, slight effeminate and joyful. He always seems to be happy, and talks just a bit too fast. His cockiness and confidence comes through with his words, although they do seem slightly robotic.

"You really think THAT will work? A bit stupid to think, innit? Ah, whatever. At least I know that I'M smarter, right?"
"Well then, I've had a ruddy good laugh watching you lot freak out over something so simple, but I have more important things to attend to!"
