Katherine Parker is a weird one. She is the mother of James and Amy Parker but you'd never guess that by the way she acts. She is an airhead most times and is almost always in her own world. The twins don't really ever need her permission and she never is surprised when they are missing (cough cough foreshadowing) 

I'm tempted to call her an extra as opposed to minor honestly.
