Pitir - Game Character - Male - Powerful Fantasy Voice

The simplest way I would describe the voice I am looking for is "powerful wizard voice" but please read all the details here. As much as we all love Christopher Lee, I want something different and original. No British accent please, if you have a made up fantasy accent you think sounds good then great, if not an American accent is fine too. This is a mysterious, cosmic, arcane, sometimes scary voice, no oafish old man styles please. Think of him being more like 55 than 80. He is not human but some kind of ancient race, he is short and usually sits on a hovering device. A lot of the characters and situations in the game are comedic, but this character is serious and over the top. There are 3 kinds of things he does which require the same overall voice but maybe some differences as well:
Narration - he speaks over a scene to set it up or explain it. This should be over the top dramatic powerful etc. (I will add reverb or something to this as well)
Casual - He talks shop or gossips. Less over the top drama.
Combat - Some typical video game lines like Hah, Yah, "There's no escape. Fight me ", and so on. He basically appears as a boss for the player to fight sometimes. He is not a villain, just there to test them.
So keep those 3 things in mind as I will classify the audition lines like that, and the spreadsheet with the final lines.
I am looking for professional level sound quality only, and please check your work ( the last role I posted for had 1/2 of auditions with very distorted audio). If you need clarification, or anything else don't hesitate to contact me.
A low or deep voice would be good (not required necessarily) but extreme bass levels or booming mics don't sound good IMO, refer to this audio example showing basically the feel and sound of the voice I would like.

This next example is my own voice saying some of the lines. It is to show you how the lines are to be said, emotional expression, personality. This one is NOT to show you the voice I want though. I often do these voice examples for direction.

Narration Lines:
1 War built the world, and war can destroy it. Those were the words of Sagathu, the sage's sage, when he was asked about the creation of the Mercury Scepter.
(Saga-thoo. This is his first narration line. See audio example as well.)2 The Jade Serpents. A group who's power no doubt derives from the forbidden arts and dark gods.
(A darker tone to his voice)
3 The Jungle Tombs are a cursed realm. Woe for those who enter. Fear for those who grasp it's power.
Casual Lines:
1 Wolf is a little too wild for a monk.
(He says this as if perplexed by the character Wolf's behavior)
2 Blackhand? Do you know of what you speak? Be Silent.
(not as serious as the narration but a hint of warning in his voice)
Combat Lines:
1 There's no escape. Fight me
(He says this with conviction, like a threat)
2 The lord's hall calls!
(A strong foreboding tone, it is something said when someone is dyeing.)
3 Wah!
(He throws something or casts a spell)
4 Ahhh
(He is hurt badly)
