Vera believes that having money and being wealthy is a way to be free, as well as a way to avoid having to answer to others. Vera is a feminist and has a lot of ideas that correspond with feminism. She loves her hair, which is just a bunch of snakes, and, because she's a gorgon, poison doesn't affect her. She drinks poison as well. She dislikes people, including those who are vulgar, dumb, ugly, and poor. She also dislikes dickpics. She can be extremely condescending to these sorts of people, and in general, but those close to her get to see the other side of her.
