One of our many villains from Salubrious Falls. He's very manipulative, very wealthy, and is used to pulling the strings in the town. Taking over nearly all the businesses in town, he has a lot of sway over the regular residents except for a few. He is also responsible for placing his father at The Cottages (siting Dementia as the cause). Owner of the hidden group, "Phobias Unlimited," Raveena's boss, and also in charge of the highly advanced technological/science group, The Era Foundation.
{appalled) That’s beside the point, Quinlan. Not only did you give sanction to an experimental procedure, but you mucked up the situation further by giving a ridiculous ultimatum to the Fosters – all of it without my authorization!
I see Miss Peters has only been permitted to inflict torture on subject LZ-3577. Can you explain your reasoning behind this?
