When we've decided upon our actors before the designated date, it's ideal for us to limit the roles to be auditioned for so we can fill those roles!
That doesn't make any sense! Not gonna argue further just sayin you never know who's going to submit, could be you decide on somebody, then somebody better submits on the last day. No hard feelings! Just bummed yknow haha. Most casting directors honor their own the deadline so everyone knows exactly how long they have to audition.
