Bio: Malik Ishtar is heir to the Tomb Keepers. Originally the antagonist of the Battle City arc, he is replaced by his split-personality, Yami Malik, who he forms a vendetta against. Malik is determined to regain control of his body and destroy his other-self.

Context: Malik Ishtar temporarily forms an alliance with Yami Bakura as they conspire to defeat Yami Malik in a duel.
