Not much is known about Ivan, he is part of the anti-terror task force N.E.P.O (The National Epidemic Prevention Organization), predomenantly in their elite special-forces unit.

Of Yemen origin, he was dishonourably discharged from military service years ago, but later joined N.E.P.O to gain immunity for a past crime he did not commit. Ivan is a sharpshooter, an expert behind the scope, referring to his above-normal accuracy as "God's Gift".

He is reserved, loyal, calm, but with a hint of anger in his voice.
