Volley is cheerful and a little boisterous - a sportsy character who likes games and regards everyone as a colleague/teammate. When you're on team Volley, she'll treat you right! She should likely have a peppy voice or an energetic one. Enthused and ready to greet the day. Win or lose a game she'll likely be just fine.
