He should sound like someone who has depression because of getting fired after a bad accident and must work in a pizzeria, but wants to do the best of it and try to sound normally and motivated. The player should notice that the phone guy has depression and he maybe gets a bit angry while explaining or saying stuff. he also should tell about his life and sound natural with the emotions (sometimes sad, angry, etc).
