Snowbird is one of the main antagonists for a few episodes of the series. She cares more about numbers than skill in her group and sees most of the members as disposable, however she will not get into a fight with someone if her opponent is too badly outnumbered and will wait until the odds are a bit more even. And while she tends to be fairly tough and intimidating she has a serious soft spot for children. I imagine her with a mid-tone feminine voice (British accent preferably, though it's not required)
