Tophat needs a dedicated VA willing to be a long-term recurring character. He is a blue unicorn with a wavy silver mane. The Voice we're looking for sounds similar to Archibald Asparagus from Veggie Tales. Click this, to see the example of his voice. However, we want it to be as close to the original voice as we possibly can. however, Archibald Asparagus is a good base for the voice.

Even though you can edit the audio, most productions at least to this level, prefer the RAW audio, so investing in a microphone reducing the edits to your audio will definitely help in future projects for you ^^. Computer mics are a good starting but I know a few Audio Engineers that won't touch audio touched this much. It doesn't have to be hundreds of dollars but something, where you don't need to put so much on it. The more RAW the better. Cause instead of it helping, it's hindering your quality.
