Sugarp1e1 for Jennifer Castelia
Jennifer Castelia is part of the MAIN ENSEMBLE CAST. She's a hair & make-up artist at Manhattan Hunks. With help from her older brother/partner in crime Jay, she helps the models of MH look their best for photoshoots, fashion shows, etc. She's known as one of Steven's best friends & is eager to have a relationship with him. Problem is, Jenn is in denial of Steven's sexuality & has history with him already, which ended in a bad break-up. She's holding out hope however & is determined to try again with Steven.
She's a confident, headstrong woman with a knack for make-up and hairstyling.
Jenn is bilingual. She's a latina woman who speaks spanish & english. Her voice also sounds a bit like a valley girl. She's very much a girly girl. Should you land the role, do know that you'll be speaking spanish every so often. It's preferred if you can speak spanish should you audition for this role.
Scenario: Jenn is speaking to the models at Manhattan Hunks while prepping them for a photoshoot.
"When it comes to hair & make-up, only I can do it especially for all of you. Seriously, for such hot fellas, you all suck with your hair care routines...well except for Jericho...but I expect nothing less. You have magnificent hair dude."
Scenario: Jenn is speaking to her older brother Jay. She's very annoyed, having just heard Jay repeat his predictions that Steven is bisexual.
"For the last time Jay, STEVEN. ISN'T. BISEXUAL! He's shown literally no indication of being any form of gay & we've known him since Pre-K! What makes you think that gaydar of yours is legit!?"
Jay: "Well for one sis, I predicted your asexuality 2 years in advance. You denied it then & by age 15, guess who the hell came out to Mom & Dad."
"Pfft, lucky guess."
Scenario: Jenn is speaking to Jay & Ray at home. She's on her way out to chat with Steven. She's currently confident in this moment and a bit cocky.
"I've been waiting for this opportunity, a chance to finally ask Steven out & try again with him. I know there's a chance he'll reject me, but I believe he longs for me too. He has to, just look at me. And when I do reclaim him as my boyfriend, I'll rub it in your damn faces & remind you that he's most definitely NOT gay!"
